*Invest 90L has significantly organized over the past 6-8 hours. Thunderstorm activity has become better concentrated near the circulation and is now consolidating around the circulation. Banding features are becoming present and the circulation has become better defined on satellite imagery. I feel a sub-tropical/tropical depression or storm will develop before landfall in the Lousianna area. We have the chance of development now at >50%.
